I know it’s late (which is very strange because I had these caps for a long while which meant I was planning on posting about this then I forgot) but can I just say how damn slashable MyuuMyuu and Nanasemaru were in the coupling PV of the song ‘Soundless Guitar’!

Forget everything else, it was like this PV and song was about these two and these two alone. I can’t quite make out the timeline though. Is is taking place in the present or is Miyu having flashbacks? I couldn’t quite tell. Or was it just bad editing, in that the scene were just randomly placed? Very probable! But that means nothing to me because no matter what as long as there was subtext, I am all over this thing like a life saver!

To say that there was chemistry between these two even without that much interaction seems out there but that’s what it was. You could just sense that there is something strange between these two! And they were both awesome in their roles too, which I guess is one of the reasons their feelings were communicated to me very clearly.

What I gathered was that MyuuuMyuu and Nanasemaru were buddies, band buddies though why there were only two of them is beyond me. Hmm, does the absence of the rest of the band members have anything to do with Nanasemaru’s final actions? Or were they just the two members? Either prospect is very welcome. But if it was the latter, then why did Nanasemaru quit?! MyuuMyuu was obviously very against her decision of leaving and se seemed as if she loved playing the guitar more than anything, so why?!

Theory taimu!

There are many obvious reasons for her quitting but what I find more plausible is Nanasemaru having to leave/move, probably out of the country or district. She obviously loved playing the guitar enough as we see her playing it at any given time or place and MyuuMyuu’s helplessness at it all as if she can’t do nothing to change things, and the way the stare at each other not knowing what to do…

Was the band MyuuMyuu that important to Nanasemaru that she refused to play guitar ever again? Since we see her burn the guitar she so loved, there can only be one reason for that. A vow to never play it again. She either play with MyuuMyuu or nobody at all.

Damn it, how sad is that?! I so wanna give em a GOOD END. Hmmm….

*Loads OneNote and Adds another Fic idea on teh list!*

Why the hell not?!

Any who, for more caps…

All the delicious couples

From the latest Nogizakatte doko episode, I was expecting a coupling of the new single but what I got instead was a LIVE version of SHAKISM!

Hallelujah!

I was so ecstatic because, hello, I got to see all the couple clearly whereas I could not in the PV! And there is just something about LIVE performances that put that extra kick into things >.< Also a few theories were proved with this LIVE watching, like who was with whom and other things!

NGZ46 6th – When AKB48 drama ain’t enough

♪ When AKB48 Feels aren’t enough, who you gonna go to?

Nogizaka46! ♫

First of all, another Nogizaka single already?!! WTF Yasusu?! It’s already almost summer and NMB has yet to release a single for 2013, like, WTF?!

We want our seasonal NMB48 cool single. What are we supposed to shake it to this year? Did you run out of ideas? I mean you already did the virginity and the sex (Junjou) songs so what else is left? Maybe an STD single?!

Any-who~ Nogizaka 46 on the other hand are already ahead to their 6th single and as usual, the line-up is done solely by management!

I shudder at the prospect being applied to AKB48 as well. There would never come a day that we see Yukirin on the front lines, ever, if this were the same for AKB48. Sorry Nogizaka!

The decisions being left to management alone, means that they can fuck with the poor girls as much as they want and did they do it this time! Forget the drama going on in AKB48, apparently that wasn’t enough already so Yasusu decided to hit the rival group as well….hard!

How hard?

Think a none-senbatsu election AKB48 single where Acchan and Yuko are shafted to the third line back for some 10-20th place senbatsu ranker! Think of those two back-dancing to a Paruru/Meru centre single!

That’s what happened here in Nogizaka! I ain’t even kidding you all!

LIVE (Erika Piano Only Version) – GODLY

I am sorry but comparing AKB48’s Haru single (So Long) with Nogizaka46’s similarly themed single
‘Kimi no na wa Kibou’, there just IS a gap so wide one can only shake their heads because it is the same writer for both groups!

First AKB is getting slaughtered by the sisters and now even Nogizaka is making them eat dust! Seriously, I am starting to get embarrassed by most of things AKB. I can’t even remember the last time I enjoyed an AKKBINGO episode, went bazonkers over a single or throw my money at the TV just because AKB48 is on it!

Nay,

Those days are long gone. I think even AkiP himself is giving up on them because what other explanation is there for them to suck while their sisters and rival are only going up, up and away?! I have listened to So Long in full, I think only twice, or thrice at most! But Kimi no na wa Kibou on the other hand, damn girl, not only does the song touch me deeply compelling me to replay it and shed a tear, but the girls execute it so well that….

OMG you guyz, Kragorin, you have to watch their LIVE version of it where they didn’t use BGM in it except the piano…

ngz-knnkl-04

THAT WAS BEING PLAYED BY ERIKA HERSELF!!!!

The girls’ voices…..

FFFFFFFFFFFFFUUUUUUUUUUU

I sure hope the AKB girls watched this because…I mean I know it wouldn’t change anything since they aren’t in charge but…Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

And since we are comparing singles, let’s not forget the couplings….SHAKISM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If Kimi no na wa was combo breaker, then SHAKISM is the ultimate move, pulled off as a finisher! So Long stood no chance! First AKB single I didn’t buy since I became a fan!

And let’s not even go into the beauty of the PVs! I think everyone here knows of AKB QUALITY when it comes to their PVs, which is still, even at this moment, a mystery to me. I now have no choice but to believe that they actually hire terminators who specialise in turning things ugly! So, let’s not go there. Needless to say, Nogizaka wins in Quality hands down to.

If only all the time wasted on So Long was instead donated to SHAKISM….

Sigh

Jump ahead for glorious caps…..

PS: RINA’S HAIR….OMFG!!!! *faints*

Danso Heaven!

Can we just take a moment to appreciate how rare, how bulls-eye and simply awesome the concept of Shakism is?

Please?

Okay, one might ask what the big deal is apart from the obvious (danso) as the baselines aren’t that new but it all comes down to execution. The danso idea was already there. Every fan across the globe knows of the No-Love rule.

But despite those facts, they still let AKB girls get it on with males in their PVs like it ain’t no big deal. Can we just imagine the awesomeness that would have been Gingham Check had Yukirin been kissing a danso AKB member as opposed to that Dude that sent all the fans on rampage? Wouldn’t the fans have been much happier had Yuko and Mayuyu been fighting over Sae-man? Has this happened in the 48 family? Will it ever happen in the 48 family? I think not!

And so I give Nogizaka’s SHAKISM’s director the utmost praise at pulling off what can only be thought of as one of the best for-the-fans PV ever! AKB doesn’t do that anymore, if it ever did. They are falling into the trap that is BUSINESS!

“OMG our girls are too popular now to be mistreated. We have a wider audience to appeal to now so we have to average out our uniqueness.” – so saith AKS.

Well dearest AKS, IDGAS!!!

Nogizaka not only did that right but making half the girls play the boys’ part but they touched upon the No.1 rule in such a way that will drill the idea into those who simply did not get the grasp of it. Not only that but it falls within the main genres except comedy.

We have Sci-Fi in the futuristic setting (what, with teh lazers and all that post apocalyptic feel it has). Then there is action (“”What are you saying – that I can doge bullets?), there is drama of course. There is romance, duh, and I also want to include adventure in relation to the fact that they referenced TDKR. We shall be getting into that.

Then we also have the usual shonen formula, – Main starts out the weakest then by end ends up the strongest MF to ever have waked the earth (“No. I am saying that when you are read, you won’t have to”)!

All those point to SHAKISM being some generic PV but I assure you that I have been watching this Every day since it appeared on the NET! And now that I have the HQ, let’s get down to business.
