- Youran avenges the Kabuki sisters
- Centre confesses to Nezumi
- Shaku and Youran almost smooch and
- Gekikara is….
First and foremost, the SUBS;
Okay, sorry guys that I didn’t get to write about episode 4 so I will now but I am going to talk about only the interesting bits and not everything.
When I start typing I never stop even after promising myself I am going to do a short one. But such is my love for
So apparently Nezumi’s injury was all a part of her plan. by the way things looked, she would’ve taken on Shibuya and probably win. (Stopping a Queen’s punch with one hand?)
The rat is scheming and scheming. Shibuya doesn’t know it but she too is just a piece on Nezumi’s game board.
Back at their special place on the rooftop, Centre and Nezumi have yet another one of their moments. Centre voices her thoughts on what Nezumi is actually up to but as long as she gets to fight, she doesn’t care and besides, she like Nezumi.
Nezumi is taken aback and thanks Centre saying that that was the first time anybody said something like that to her.
Centre though clarifies that she Really Likes Nezumi.
Nezumi makes that face that only a thoughtless person has when their mind is a blank void.
I was screaming in my seat “FINALLY”.
Sure took them long enough to introduce some romance in Majisuka! Here it to hoping they introduce some more.
In the gym, Amakuchi/Gekikara is reminiscing of Yuko and graduation day when Centre pops in to finish their fight!
Gekikara is not in the mood and turns to leave but Centre won’t let her get away that easily. Gekikara asks Centre why she fights. Centre is thrown. Gekikara tells her what Yuko told her about there being no fun and fulfilment in meaningless fights. She tells Centre to find her reason for fighting but until then….
Shibuya sends a letter of challenge to Gekikara (You mad woman?) via her speedy service named Dance but Dance is intercepted by Youran who, to protect her friends accepts the challenge instead of Gekikara.
When she gets to Yabakune, Shibuya says that it was the wrong target and waves Youran away but Youran is not barking down. She is a girl of truth and Justice but Shibuya does not see her as a worthy challenger so she leaves it to someone else.
That someone else turns out to be a complete surprise.
Myao (Team B’s Miyazaki Miho)
Love-tan (Team A’s Oota Aika)
These two come together to make up…
The Sanshou Sisters
Youran’s challengers turn out to be ex-Majijo students Love-tan and Myao, two of the Sanshou Sisters. The third was Manamana(Oku Manami) but seeing as Manami has graduated, she will not appear in the drama.
Those two are as crazy as ever and they do beat Youran to a bloody pulp. In fact they seem to have gotten better at working together now. Perhaps they did learn from their fight with Maeda.
Youran though pulls off that Jedai force and finally beats the sisters. But even though she claimed victory, the Sanshou sisters weren’t the only enemies around. Two of Habu, Mayuge and Comeback finish the job that the Sanshou sisters started and put Youran out of commission.
Back at Majijo Nezumi breaks the news to Gekikara who wastes no time in running over to Yabakune’s school and to Youran’s rescue.
Gekikara has arrived and heads are gonna roll!
Gekikara is radiating pure rage and ready for blood yet Mayuge and Comeback are too ignorant to see the obvious threat standing before them. Feeling confidence they attach Gekikara and pound her some. Gekikara does not fight back and lets them hit her all the while with a smile on her face. She even gets a hold of Comeback’s arm but she does not do anything even as Comeback hits her again and goes free.
Thinking they had the fight in their bag, the two Habu get cocky and continue on with the onslaught. Gekikara feeling that there was no fun is just taking hits finally throws a punch, which catches Mayuge straight in the face and she goes sprawling on the floor.
Just one punch and she was down!
It wasn’t even Gekikara’s strongest as it was a left hook and she had just thrown it out there. Really Mayuge? Really?
Perhaps sensing the danger for what Gekikara was, Comeback rages some. She starts spouting on how she went to hell and came back hence her name as she ran up to Gekikara to punch her. Gekikara didn’t let her finish her line as she her the girl with a punch of her own to the face. It was so fast even I was shocked. It was Jubei fighting against a regular samurai. Yes, that fast.
Comeback was Sentback and down on the floor. Gekikara was in serious mode. By serious I mean pure monster mode that we all know and love from season 1.
She walks over to the down’d Comeback and takes hold of her head then proceeds to smash it against the floor!
As ff that wasn’t scary enough, Gekikara then walks over to Mayuge who was just getting back on her fit and begins to beat her to unconsciousness with Mayuge’s own boot!
Gekikara is the stuff of nightmares I tell ya, and I love her!
But then I am forced to love her even more, which I never thought possible, when she spied a broken grande piano on the side and proceeded to drag it (On her own! She is a beast!) towards the down’d Mayuge planning to smash it over the girl!
I was like “Whaaaaaaaaaaaa”
Too bad it didn’t happen though as Mayuge was saved by Youran who screamed Gekikara’s name to stop her. Which luckily for the Habu girls she did. Gekikara left with Youran seeing as Youran required medical attention.
Lives were just saved but I don’t know if I was happy about that or not. On the other hand I wanted the piano smash to happen! It would’ve been so awesome!
Back at Majijo, Centre, Otabe and Nezumi meet at the pool and the rival/hate relationship between Otabe and Nezumi is introduced.
Though that development is quite interesting, something else caught my attention.
There was this moment after Nezumi stopped a fight that was about to break out between Centre and Otabe when Centre walked away like a defiant puppy without a word to Nezumi and Nezumi watched her go with an expression I couldn’t quite place.
It’s probably just me but I think that Nezumi was forced to see Centre in a new light other than just a tool for her use, when Centre confessed her love for her in the previous episode. She is probably confused as to what to think of Centre now as.
Hmmm, perhaps she is starting to realise that there was something more she saw in Centre other than a weapon.
Want me to kiss it all better?
Much later after Gekikara gives Shibuya a call and they arrange a place and a time for their one on one fight, Gekikara goes to the hospital to visit Youran but Shaku was already there before her. She finds Shaku and Youran not even a breath away from kissing and when the two see her, they break apart like they were caught doing something unforgivable.
Gekikara just smile at the both of them though and congrats Youran on her almost kiss. Shaku leaves the two alone for their moment which they have and we see yet another side of Gekikara. She is actually quite more caring than we were led to believe before.
She gives an Origami crane to Youran as a get well gift and leaves to probably go and fight Shibuya.
As she leaves the room and into the hallway, she bumps into a patient who she helps to be steady and the patient walks away from her and past Shaku who was waiting outside.
But all is not as it seems.
That was no patient and the smile on Gekikara’s face was not one of happiness but confusion.
Gekikara had been stabbed in the stomach as Shaku looks on in horror at Gekikara’s injury.
That was no patient but another Yabakune member who had assassinated Gekikara.
I wanna kill that bitch so baaaad. Next week we shall know who it is then I will….And she even dares to steal Gekikara’s look?!! I so hate you right now….
Kanon whoever you are!
Any ways, that what was most interesting this episode. The rest was;
So the principle is still around.
Maeda is in the news as a delinquent girl going around beating people up.
Apparently Otabe is one intelligent motherfucker and the Principle wonders what a very bright and well mannered girl like her is doing in a school like theirs. No wonder Nezumi is feeling against Otabe.
Otabe catches Nezumi skipping in the corridors, on her injured leg. The truth is out and the two exchange threats and electrified looks once again. The rivalry is confirmed.
Team Fondue want in with the fun as well even though they can’t actually fight!
We also get a sneak peek into Centre’s past where she was stabbed.
Coincidence that a stabber character is introduced in the same episode? Me think not!
But things are most certainly getting more interesting! Next week is seeing Shaku getting revenge for Gekikara and Youran. I can’t wait to see what she is capable of. it also looks like Nezumi is gonna continue playing with poor Centre’s feelings through seduction! Seriously, how more evil can you get Nezumi? Also it looks like someone else is getting stabbed! WTF is with that girl and knives? Is she Michelle Myers or something?!
I only wonder when my BLACK will actually make an appearance though!
I miss her!
